We use AI to work faster and to build smart features for our clients. Here is exactly how we do it. People stay in charge of everything we deliver, and your data stays private. You own what we build, and you can always choose a project with no AI tools.

What we mean by AI

In this promise, “AI tools” means software that helps people write or check text and code, like AI chat assistants. “AI features” means the AI helpers we build into your software, like our Saathi helpers.

Our six promises

  1. People stay in charge

    We plan, review, and test everything we deliver, and we take full responsibility for it. AI tools help us work faster. A person on our team checks every change before it reaches you.

  2. Your data stays private

    We never put your business data into AI tools without your permission. We ask you first, and we explain what the tool will do with it.

  3. You own what we build for you

    You own the software we build for you, as written in your contract. This includes the AI features we add to it.

  4. A no-AI option

    If your company doesn’t allow AI tools, tell us and we’ll work without them. Your project still gets the same plan, the same checks, and the same care.

  5. AI features you can trust

    Important actions wait for approval. For example, a payment reminder is sent only after you say yes. Answers can show their sources, and activity can be logged, so you can always check what happened.

  6. We tell you when AI is used

    Our proposals say where and how we use AI on your project. You can ask us about it at any time, and we will answer in plain words.

Where we use AI, and where we don’t

We use AI tools to:

  • Write code faster
  • Write tests that check our code
  • Find mistakes in code before a person reviews it

We never:

  • Put your business data into AI tools without your permission
  • Let AI decide what goes into your software
  • Deliver work that a person on our team has not checked

Do you use AI to build software?

Yes, as a helper. AI makes our work faster. Our team plans, checks, and tests everything, and we are responsible for the result.

Is my data shared with AI tools while you build my software?

No, not without your permission. If your company doesn’t allow AI tools, just tell us. We’ll work without them.
