These policies are written for business use in every country. They are strict website terms and notices about how we work. But they do not replace a signed agreement or independent legal advice.
Who this is for: Business clients, possible clients, vendors (suppliers), and website visitors around the world
Important: If a signed project agreement conflicts with a website policy, the signed agreement takes priority.
Part 1. What We Collect, How We Use It, and Our Lawful Business Reasons
What We May Collect
We may collect information that clients or prospects (people thinking of working with us) choose to give us. This can be names, business contact details, phone numbers, company details, and region. It can also be project needs, service requests, billing references, support messages, meeting notes, and details of their technical setup.
We may process (handle, store, and use) website analytics, device details, browser type, and referring pages (the page that sent a visitor here). We may also process form submissions, security logs, and usage patterns. We do this to protect the website, improve our services, and understand market demand.
Clients must not send these through public website forms: sensitive personal data, regulated health data (health data covered by special laws), or payment card data. The same applies to government ID documents, passwords for live systems, private keys (secret digital keys), and confidential data that belongs to others.
How We May Use Information
We may use information to answer questions, schedule consultation calls, prepare proposals, and do discovery (learning what a project needs). We may also use it to deliver services under contract, manage accounts, give support, improve our service, and keep business records.
We may also use information to prevent fraud, watch for security problems, and follow the law. We may use it for tax and accounting records, to handle disputes, and to enforce contracts. We may also use it to protect Mohivo, clients, users, and service providers.
We do not sell personal information. We do not rent client lists. We do not use confidential project data for unrelated advertising.
Part 2. Data in Other Countries, Security, and Client Rights
Data in Other Countries, and Who Processes It
For international clients, information may be processed in India or in other jurisdictions (countries or legal regions). This may happen through hosting providers, analytics tools, communication platforms, and project tools. It may also happen through cloud (online servers and storage) providers, security vendors, payment processors, and professional advisers.
Data may need to be processed across borders (in another country). When this is required, we use reputable vendors (suppliers with a good name). We also use reasonable contract, management, and technical safeguards (protections) that fit the service and the risk.
Before sharing restricted data (data with special rules), clients are responsible for checking what else is needed. Their industry, country, type of data, or internal policy may require extra data-processing agreements (contracts about handling data). It may also require local residency controls (keeping data inside a country) or compliance documents.
How Long We Keep Data, Client Rights, and Strict Limits
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes: handling questions, carrying out contracts, security, backups, and audits. The other purposes are tax, legal, warranty (a promise to fix problems), and settling disputes.
Where the law that applies allows it, clients may ask to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete personal information. We may refuse or limit a request where we are required to keep the information. That need may come from a contract, security, law, tax, keeping backups complete, or handling disputes.
Without permission, no one may scrape (copy with software), harvest (collect in bulk), or resell data from this website. Without permission, no one may use reverse lookup (using one detail to find more about a person) or automated extraction on it either. This is strictly not allowed and may lead to legal action.
