These policies are written for business use in every country. They are strict website terms and notices about how we work. But they do not replace a signed agreement or independent legal advice.
Who this is for: Business clients, possible clients, vendors (suppliers), and website visitors around the world
Important: If a signed project agreement conflicts with a website policy, the signed agreement takes priority.
Part 1. How We Use Cookies, Your Consent, and Other Website Technology
Which Cookies We May Use
We may use essential cookies (small files a website saves in your browser), local storage, session storage, and browser identifiers. We may also use security logs, analytics tools, and similar technologies. We may use them to run, protect, measure, and improve this website.
We may use essential technologies without your optional consent where they are required. They may be required for security, routing (sending visitors to the right page), form protection, or saving preferences. They may also be required for load balancing (spreading traffic across servers), preventing abuse, or basic website functions.
Analytics or performance technologies may measure page visits, device type, browser type, and traffic source (how a visitor found the site). They may also measure approximate region, how visitors interact with pages, and error signals (signs that something went wrong). This is so we can improve the experience for visitors around the world.
Your Choices as a Visitor
You can limit or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, storage, scripts (small programs that run on a page), or security checks, some website features may not work correctly.
Where a consent banner or settings tool is available, you should use it to accept, reject, or change optional cookies. Use the options it shows for your region.
Do-not-track signals, global privacy controls, and limits set at the browser level may be honored (respected). This may happen where they are technically supported and legally required. But whether this is available may vary by browser, region, and third-party provider.
Part 2. Other Companies, Data in Other Countries, and Strict Limits
Technology from Other Companies
Third-party providers (other companies) may set or read cookies under their own policies. Examples are hosting platforms, analytics tools, communication tools, form services, and security vendors. Others are content delivery networks (services that load website files from servers near you). Embedded media providers (such as video players shown on a page) are another example.
Information related to cookies may be processed in India or other jurisdictions (countries or legal regions). This depends on the provider, where its servers and systems are located, and the visitor’s region.
We do not sell cookie data. We do not allow third parties to use website cookie data for unrelated profiling (building a picture of a person). This means profiling outside the agreed purpose of their tool.
Strict Rules for Visitors
You must not get around cookie controls, tamper with consent tools, or inject (secretly add) scripts. You must not scrape tracking endpoints (the web addresses that collect tracking data) or probe (test for weak spots in) analytics systems. You must not attack forms or interfere with website security and monitoring.
Automated extraction (using software to copy data) and impersonation (pretending to be someone else) are prohibited. So are cookie replay (reusing a saved cookie to pose as a visitor), scanning without permission, session tampering, and misuse of browser storage. Any of these may lead to blocking, reporting, or legal action.
You should read this Cookie Policy together with the Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, Disclaimer, and Service Policy. Those documents also govern (set rules for) website use and data handling.
