These policies are written for business use in every country. They are strict website terms and notices about how we work. But they do not replace a signed agreement or independent legal advice.
Who this is for: Business clients, possible clients, vendors (suppliers), and website visitors around the world
Important: If a signed project agreement conflicts with a website policy, the signed agreement takes priority.
Part 1. No Guarantee, No Adviser Relationship, and No Certification
Information on This Website
Information on this website is only for general business and technology awareness. It does not create a client relationship or a fiduciary duty (a legal duty to act in your interest). It also does not create a professional duty, a service warranty, a legal obligation, or a guaranteed business result.
Service descriptions, examples, metrics (numbers), badges, claims, testimonials (words from clients), graphics, and process statements are for illustration. They may not apply to every client, jurisdiction (country or legal region), project, platform, industry, or technical setup.
You should not treat any statement on this website as legal, tax, regulatory, financial, or insurance advice. The same goes for compliance, investment, employment, or procurement (buying) advice.
Limits of Cybersecurity and Performance
No technology provider can guarantee complete security or uptime (time a system is running) with no interruptions. No provider can guarantee full data recovery, a perfect search engine ranking, zero defects, or zero vulnerabilities (weak points). No provider can guarantee approval by regulators (official bodies that set rules) or full protection from third-party failures.
Cybersecurity work may reduce risk, improve visibility (how well you can see what happens in your systems), and strengthen controls. But it cannot remove all threats, human error, vendor issues, or misconfiguration (wrong settings). It also cannot remove compromised credentials (stolen or leaked login details) or unknown vulnerabilities.
Performance, SEO (work that helps people find you on Google), conversion (turning visitors into customers), and uptime results depend on several things. The same is true for cost savings, the benefits of automation (letting software do repeated work for you), and user-experience results. These things are the client’s systems, content, markets, users, budgets, hosting, third-party tools, and operational discipline (careful day-to-day work).
Part 2. Laws in Each Country, AI, Other Companies, and Client Responsibility
Responsibility for Following Laws Worldwide
International clients are responsible for finding out which of these apply to their business, and for getting advice on them. These are laws, regulations, industry standards, licensing rules, and limits on moving data between countries. They are also accessibility duties (making things usable for people with disabilities), consumer notices, tax rules, and contract duties.
We may help implement (put in place) technical controls aimed at compliance. But we do not certify legal compliance (officially confirm that something follows the law), except when 2 things are true. First, a signed agreement must state clearly that it includes that work. Second, approved professional advisers must be involved where required.
Clients must review all of these before they are published: legal text, privacy notices, terms, consent flows (steps where users agree), and payment disclosures. The same applies to product claims, security statements, regulated content, and market-specific obligations (duties in a certain market).
AI, Automation, and Relying on Other Companies
Some tools and services may produce errors, outages, biased outputs (unfair or one-sided results), policy restrictions, unexpected costs, or changes outside our control. These are AI tools, automations, APIs (ways for two apps to talk to each other), analytics, and payment gateways. They are also cloud (online servers and storage) services, communication platforms, and third-party plugins (add-on software).
Clients are responsible for checking that these are correct before relying on them: AI outputs (results), automated decisions, and content their customers see. The same applies to financial calculations, operational workflows (day-to-day work steps), and actions that are critical to the business.
Using this website or our services confirms 2 things about the client. First, the client accepts responsibility for business decisions. Second, the client will seek independent professional advice when legal, regulatory, financial, tax, security, or compliance risk is material (significant).
