The problem it solves
Contractors and service businesses send a lot of quotes. Each quote needs the right items, the right prices, and a clear total. When quotes live in spreadsheets and emails, it is easy to miss an item or price a job too low.
Your client also needs a simple way to say yes. Long email threads slow this down. You may not know which quotes are approved and which are still waiting.
